Leads World Vision International’s global engagement with private-sector actors, faith-based investors, ESG networks, and innovative finance stakeholders. Develops partnership and influencing strategies, manages strategic coalitions, builds senior-level relationships, supports thought leadership, and strengthens organizational capacity around private and blended finance. The role aligns advocacy, external positioning, and partnership opportunities to advance child wellbeing and systems change, while collaborating with fundraising, communications, policy, and field teams.

Leads World Vision UK's political engagement with the UK Government and Parliament. Develops political strategy, builds senior relationships with ministers and civil servants, monitors political developments, prepares ministerial briefings and correspondence, identifies campaign and coalition opportunities, and manages an advocacy team member. The role requires extensive UK political experience, strong knowledge of Whitehall and parliamentary systems, politically astute writing, relationship-building, and staff development skills.

Lead negotiation, lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation for commercial contracts and fee-for-service agreements. Identify commercial funding opportunities, develop cost proposals and pricing strategies, build donor/partner relationships, and implement contract management systems and analytics to protect organisational interests and maximise programme delivery.
