Manages European accounting operations, including reconciliations, monthly and year-end close, journal entries, expenses, invoices, payments, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, audit support, compliance, ERP data quality, dashboards, and process improvements. Collaborates with global accounting teams and regional stakeholders across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, while supporting accounting system configuration and documentation.
