Manages European accounting operations, including reconciliations, monthly and year-end close, journal entries, expenses, invoices, payments, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, audit support, compliance, ERP data quality, dashboards, and process improvements. Collaborates with global accounting teams and regional stakeholders across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, while supporting accounting system configuration and documentation.

Leads CHAMP’s subnational climate finance agenda across global and country programs. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring finance workstreams, advising governments and financial institutions, coordinating technical assistance, shaping MDB and climate fund advocacy, overseeing budgets and contracts, managing multi-country projects, and representing WRI externally. The role also builds strategic partnerships, supports fundraising, synthesizes lessons, and provides direction to finance staff and analysts.

Provides executive administrative support to the CEF Global Director and leadership team through calendar management, travel and visa coordination, expense reporting, correspondence, meeting logistics, event planning, stakeholder liaison, document management, and workflow tracking. The role supports fundraising and partner engagement, improves administrative processes, coordinates with internal functions, and handles special projects while maintaining confidentiality and managing competing priorities.
