Delivers pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, workshops, seminars, and proof-of-concept solutions for Workday’s HCM products. Partners with account executives to discover customer needs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, qualify prospects, resolve product questions, and support sales closures. Builds trusted relationships with customer stakeholders while applying HCM and industry expertise across retail, hospitality, and transportation accounts.

Drive enterprise B2B sales for Sana’s AI products across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity discovery through consultative solution shaping and deal closure. Build self-sourced pipeline, engage C-level executives, assess markets, exceed quotas, and close $10K–$100K ACV deals. Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to address customer needs and expand Sana’s presence across industries and geographies.

Serve as the technical liaison for clients and internal teams throughout Workday integration implementations. Design, build, test, deploy, and support API integrations for Workday Recruiting and HR systems. Lead solution design sessions, define requirements, resolve technical challenges, and manage full integration lifecycles. Create reusable integration assets and documentation, improve processes, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor consultants. Coordinate multiple client engagements while maintaining quality, scalability, and effective communication.
