As a Customer Success Manager, you will engage with clients in energy trading, execute QBRs, develop customer success plans, and ensure smooth onboarding and training to maximize tool usage and engagement.

Own the strategy, investment case, governance, and commercialization of Wood Mackenzie’s analytical modeling product portfolio across power, gas, and oil markets. Lead senior product managers, productize research assets, establish validation and documentation standards, and define delivery through applications, APIs, and data platforms. Partner with centralized engineering and modeling teams without directly managing developers. Prioritize portfolio investments, ensure methodological quality, and expand machine-consumable modeling products for trading customers.

Lead day-to-day product management for the Lens data analytics platform across commodities sectors. Define user requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinate Research, Data, UX, and Engineering teams, support documentation and testing, communicate priorities and risks, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives.
