Lead growth for My Life in a Book by scaling paid social, Google, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, improving acquisition and conversion, and establishing performance benchmarks. Shape the product relaunch through customer insights, develop go-to-market strategy, create compelling messaging, and migrate existing users to the new platform. This is a hands-on DTC growth role requiring experimentation, commercial ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develops branded graphic design for campaigns, product launches, CRM, paid and organic social, websites, and print. Translates briefs into concepts and production-ready creative, contributes to visual identity development, presents work, incorporates feedback, and collaborates with creative, marketing, growth, copy, and channel teams. Requires strong typography, layout, imagery, brand design, digital and print production, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, organization, and project-management skills.
