Own creative direction, design, posting, community growth, creator programs, performance analysis, and bold organic distribution tactics to drive follower growth, engagement and community acquisition.

The founding engineer will develop a marketplace connecting creators with clients, building infrastructure for a video platform, jobs board, and creator profiles, while leveraging AI tools.

Lead Wonder's global growth strategy across channels (app, YouTube, social, newsletter), own distribution partnerships and major launches, build and manage the growth team, run experiments and performance marketing, and drive measurable audience and revenue outcomes using AI-enabled workflows.
