Manage international distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM, maintaining order books, pricing, production updates, shipping documentation, and customer communications. Coordinate with supply planning, production, credit control, brand, and regional teams to resolve operational issues and support timely delivery. Provide partner training and technical support for the Crave platform, contribute to continuous improvement and seasonal initiatives, and escalate complex risks while operating autonomously within established processes.

Owns the DAM roadmap and product data integrations from PLM to PIM during a 12-month maternity cover. Responsibilities include backlog and governance management, requirements definition, metadata and taxonomy oversight, data quality improvement, vendor and delivery coordination, testing, issue resolution, Agile controls, documentation, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption monitoring.

Manage wholesale customer relationships and drive footwear sales across the South of England. Develop territory plans, identify account growth opportunities, present products, negotiate commercial terms, monitor performance, provide sales reporting, and execute brand and distribution strategies. The role requires frequent regional travel, independent territory management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience in sales, ideally within footwear, fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods.
