Design medallion architecture, data models, secure integrations, privacy-preserving capabilities, governance, lineage, observability, and AI-ready pipelines. Lead prototypes, technical reviews, optimization, and complex issue resolution while partnering with engineering, product, security, AI, and business stakeholders. Mentor data engineers and architects and establish reusable standards for scalable, reliable, cost-effective data products.

Supports the sales cycle for TeamMate IT GRC software by leading discovery sessions, translating customer requirements into solution strategies, delivering tailored demonstrations, contributing to RFPs and proofs of concept, and advising senior stakeholders. Partners with sales, product, marketing, and professional services teams while providing IT GRC expertise, market insights, thought leadership, and product feedback. Requires strong presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, plus German and English proficiency.
