The Clinical Solutions Consultant provides clinical expertise to support sales efforts, promotes CDS solutions, and collaborates across teams to drive customer adoption and engagement.

Provide intermediate-level technical support for customers, handling escalations, guiding product installation, documenting cases, collaborating cross-functionally, updating knowledge bases, conducting root cause analysis, training new specialists, and communicating resolution status. Must be proficient in written and spoken German.
