Build and operate backend services, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, and automation for business intelligence platforms. Own platform lifecycle management, identity and access automation, observability, reliability, security, CI/CD, and developer experience. Collaborate with data, analytics, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable self-service capabilities. Use AI engineering tools and potentially develop governed LLM-backed features.

Own business performance across 30+ markets, driving topline growth, profitability, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial alignment. Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Product, and Operations. Build dashboards, forecasting models, scalable processes, and operating frameworks using Excel, Looker, and other BI tools. Diagnose performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, manage strategic initiatives end-to-end, and influence senior stakeholders across global and local teams.
