Diagnose performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, manage strategic initiatives end-to-end, and influence senior stakeholders across global and local teams.

Own the Homepage product experience across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. Build end-to-end discovery features for restaurants, groceries, retail venues, dishes, and products. Shape ranking, personalization, and AI/ML initiatives; explore AI-driven and agentic discovery; balance global and market-specific needs; and set strategy and roadmap based on customer problems and business objectives.

Own the global search experience across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. Lead strategy and roadmap for query understanding, autosuggestions, relevance, ranking, conversational search, and AI/ML capabilities across restaurants, grocery, and retail. Partner closely with engineering, ML, design, analytics, and local market teams to improve search measurement, customer outcomes, and business performance across multiple languages and markets.

Own and architect Wolt’s multi-subsidiary NetSuite finance systems environment. Define the architecture and development roadmap, design integrations and data flows, oversee customizations and workflows, improve performance and automation, coordinate internal and external development partners, and ensure governance, documentation, testing, compliance, and continuous improvement across global finance systems.

Build and lead global ESG reporting: set disclosure strategy, establish reporting infrastructure and governance, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage ESG data requests, oversee GHG measurement, and drive Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy.

As a Staff Engineer, you will lead technical direction for AdTech platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability while mentoring engineers and overseeing large projects.
