Provide commercial legal support to EMEA revenue teams by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing SaaS, professional services, partner, NDA, and data-processing agreements. Advise on contract interpretation, privacy issues, legal risks, company policies, and negotiation strategy. Prioritize a high-volume workflow, support deal closure, improve templates and legal processes, and partner collaboratively with business teams.

Secure products and cloud infrastructure through threat modeling, security reviews, vulnerability management, detection and response, secure cloud and Kubernetes baselines, policy-as-code, automation, and software supply-chain controls. Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement secure-by-design solutions and influence the product roadmap.

Own and execute regional partner strategy for the UK: recruit, onboard, enable and manage partners; co-sell with sales teams; build joint business plans; manage partner agreements, deal registrations (Workspan/SFDC), budgets, forecasting, and regional reporting; resolve escalations and share best practices to drive partner-attached revenue.
