Sell investment management solutions to financial advisers, develop new leads, manage client accounts, and support pipeline conversion. Responsibilities include cold calling, booking and attending meetings, follow-up, Salesforce management, proposal preparation, event participation, and relationship management. The role works closely with partnerships, marketing, portfolio management, and investment teams while building expertise in model portfolios and multi-asset funds.

Oversee European ETF and ETN product operations, including pricing, NAVs, collateral, market data, tracking error, and counterparty risk. Lead new product launches, regulatory changes, process improvements, and business analysis initiatives. Support product structuring, manage service-provider relationships, resolve complex operational issues, and improve scalability through automation, technology, and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage daily operations for a European ETF and ETP product range, including pricing, NAVs, tracking error, collateral, market data, and counterparty risk. Support product structuring, launches, regulatory changes, and operational improvement projects. Resolve complex operational issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and improve scalability through automation, AI tools, Python, and VBA solutions.
