Provide commercial, corporate and regulatory legal support including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, coordinating board documentation and filings, assisting with corporate changes and litigation, and advising on GDPR and regulatory developments.

Provide hands-on front-desk and office administration for the London Soho office supporting European offices. Duties include visitor reception, meeting room setup and catering, phone handling, supplier liaison, office supplies and maintenance coordination, event organisation, mail handling, administrative support, and expense documentation.

Support the research team in developing new investment strategies and distribution-oriented research, enhancing WisdomTree's quantitative capabilities.
