Lead end-to-end new product development and supply-chain commercialization across EMEA for food, beverage, packaging and equipment. Manage cross-functional projects, supplier sourcing and onboarding, cost/specification/regulatory validation, launch readiness, and category management to ensure on-time, on-cost, and operationally executable menu innovations.

Lead EMEA restaurant operations and partner relationships to drive operational excellence, unit economics, new market entry, BOH and Drive Thru optimization, people development, training rollout, governance, and regional growth strategies to improve service, speed, consistency, and profitability.

The Director, International Business Development will enhance Wingstop's growth by managing brand partner relationships, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring global market strategy alignment while traveling extensively.
