Teams at Windward

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and growth. Serve as a maritime subject matter expert, lead training and webinars, negotiate renewals, identify upsell opportunities, communicate customer feedback internally, and collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, and R&D. The role requires approximately 30% global travel and engagement with stakeholders from end users to C-level executives.
