Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, ownership changes, cancellations, account updates, and ongoing support. Coordinate with merchants, sales, compliance, acquiring product, and technical support teams; collect documentation; obtain AML/KYC information; deactivate services; update Payline records; and resolve customer inquiries. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer service, payment-card knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Lead technical architect for complex enterprise payment integrations across UK/Europe. Own end-to-end integration lifecycle, design architectures, run deep-dive workshops, manage high-pressure go-lives, debug APIs and logs, liaise with Engineering/Product, maintain JIRA-tracked deliverables, and author developer documentation and SDK guides.
