Design and produce high-quality print and digital collateral, focusing on editorial design and motion graphics. Implement and roll out client brand guidelines, develop templates, manage quality assurance, mentor team members, and translate client briefs into cohesive, on-brand creative solutions across campaigns, reports, video, and multimedia.

Provide onsite floor support including electronic and hard-copy file management, mail/messenger handling, copying/scanning/printing/binding, data entry into practice management systems and portals, equipment maintenance, consumables replenishment, tracking job requests, supporting billing/forecast data and meeting customer SLAs while suggesting process improvements.

The Junior Designer will manage various client projects, ensure brand compliance, provide creative solutions, and support collaborative workflows.
