Interim FP&A Manager responsible for maintaining recurring financial reporting, board and lender/investor reporting, cash flow forecasts, KPI packs, budget and reforecast continuity, variance analysis, and reporting controls. The role requires documenting processes, managing assumptions and version control, communicating issues to senior finance stakeholders, and preparing a clean handover to the permanent hire after an expected three-month assignment.

Lead group financial planning and analysis: own budget, reforecast and long-range models; provide decision-ready analysis for executives, board, investors and lenders; improve planning systems, data integrity and forecasting discipline; manage one analyst and partner across commercial and operational teams.

Serve as the highest technical escalation in the NOC for complex incidents and major outages. Lead troubleshooting and RCA across wired, wireless and WAN infrastructure, deliver complex implementations and migrations, mentor L2 engineers, develop operational standards and automation, work with vendors and suppliers, and drive continual service improvement.
