The Senior B2C Marketing Manager will lead acquisition and retention marketing strategies, manage integrated campaigns, and analyze performance to grow revenue within the B2C sector.

Support B2B bid pricing and commercial finance activities: build and maintain financial models, review and sense-check assumptions, support governance, maintain pricing intelligence, perform post-bid analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercially robust proposals.

Support commissioning, validation and transition of customer network services into BAU. Perform wireless and end-to-end network testing, onboard access points, switches and routers, produce handover documentation, and work with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Provisioning and NOC to ensure operational readiness and quality standards.

Support programme and project delivery by creating project plans and structured documents, tracking progress and budgets, producing reports and dashboards, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, scheduling meetings, handling customer queries, and supporting lessons-learned and action closure.

Manage multiple end-to-end telecom/IT implementation projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards. Coordinate stakeholders, procurement, resourcing, risk mitigation, health & safety compliance, site readiness, and transition to operational teams. Drive lessons-learned and standardisation of best practice.
