Own commercial trading analysis for Premier Inn across the UK, Ireland, and Germany, turning complex data into pricing, revenue, occupancy, and performance recommendations. Lead weekly and annual trading reviews, build datasets and business performance packs, present insights to technical and commercial stakeholders, and manage the analytical roadmap. Coach and develop two Trading Analysts while balancing immediate trading priorities with longer-term initiatives.

Analyze digital performance across traffic, conversion, revenue, and booking behavior for Premier Inn. Translate complex marketing data into actionable recommendations that improve investment, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue. Partner with Performance Marketing and Commercial teams, manage the analytical backlog, prioritize high-impact work, present insights to stakeholders, and contribute to marketing and trading discussions.

Analyze historical performance, forecasts, and live trading data to optimize pricing and availability for approximately 200 hotels. Update pricing weekly, adapt strategies around major events, implement commercial decisions, and use management information and visualization tools to measure results and identify opportunities. The role requires strong analytical and commercial judgment, advanced Excel, visualization experience, and comfort making rapid, data-informed decisions.
