Responsibilities include monitoring fulfillment, ETAs, utilization, and cancellations; developing pricing, surge, and incentive strategies; optimizing marketplace liquidity; and partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on matching algorithms, dispatch logic, and operational tooling. The role requires advanced SQL analysis, dashboard development, rapid experimentation, and hands-on implementation of marketplace improvements.
