As Creative Strategy Director, you will lead creative campaigns, foster client relationships, and provide strategic insights to enhance brand engagement through creators.

Manage a small roster of emerging creators and support commercial partnerships, career development, and brand positioning. Help design and launch a Creator Incubator Programme, onboard and nurture incubator talent, identify high-potential creators, build industry relationships, negotiate opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to create strategic opportunities and community for creator growth.

Lead the Broadcast, Media & PR talent vertical: discover, sign, and manage creators from television, radio, podcasting and journalism. Develop long-term career strategies, build industry relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and mentor junior team members to grow roster influence and revenue.
