Manage and grow a roster of creators by developing commercial strategies, identifying and negotiating brand partnerships, and advising on career development and positioning. Build relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners to generate opportunities, oversee campaigns from pitch through execution, and support roster expansion. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to team training and growth.

Lead a full-service client Pod to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships and onboarding, oversee sales pipeline and profitability, ensure operational excellence with Finance/Business Affairs, and develop market-leading creator-economy strategies while fostering team collaboration and learning.

Manage a small roster of emerging creators and support commercial partnerships, career development, and brand positioning. Help design and launch a Creator Incubator Programme, onboard and nurture incubator talent, identify high-potential creators, build industry relationships, negotiate opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to create strategic opportunities and community for creator growth.
