Hunt and close net-new enterprise API integration deals for WGSN Intelligence. Build C-suite pipelines, lead technical consultative sales, map API capabilities to client architectures, manage full deal lifecycle, protect IP and data licensing, and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene.

Own product marketing across WGSN and IWSR, leading go-to-market plans, product positioning, value propositions, messaging, personas, launch materials, customer communications, and sales enablement. Use customer feedback and usage data to improve adoption, subscription value, acquisition, and retention across data and intelligence products.

Manage a portfolio of 150–200 B2B customer accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, adoption, and reducing cancellation risk. Use customer conversations, usage data, dashboards, and Salesforce insights to prioritize activity and guide renewal discussions. Coordinate renewal processes, maintain forecasts and account records, address contract questions, and collaborate with Client Services, Operations, Advisory, and Product teams to improve customer experience and renewal workflows.
