Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the COO: manage calendar and inbox, coordinate Executive Committee and Board meetings, prepare briefings and presentations, track initiatives and follow up on actions, liaise with stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, improve processes, and support day-to-day operational tasks including travel and expenses. Serve within the EA/PA community and provide cover and knowledge sharing; may support additional stakeholders as workload requires.

Support reinsurance underwriters by processing reinsurance policies, assisting with modelling submissions, pricing tools, exposure management, portfolio data analysis, QS bordereaux tracking, and broker/client engagement. Participate in training, compliance monitoring, peer reviews, and aim to attain underwriting authority.

Coordinate and manage delegated authority workflows, support due diligence and compliance reviews for coverholders, prepare and chase documentation, perform quality assurance, liaise with brokers, auditors and underwriters, assist system testing, and ensure regulatory and internal protocol compliance.

The Bordereaux Analyst manages bordereaux data, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's reporting standards, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data for performance monitoring.

Support aggregate and catastrophe exposure processes across Energy classes, validate model outputs, prepare reports and committee materials, liaise with underwriting and modelling teams, improve data and reporting workflows, and assist regulatory submissions and industry representation.

Analyze, collate and interpret financial and non-financial risk data (including climate risk); produce timely risk reports and dashboards; validate capital model and risk repository outputs; support project actions and timelines; promote proactive risk culture and write concise, structured reports.

Support ceded reinsurance purchasing by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing submission packs, managing daily arrangements, engaging with the reinsurance market, analysing data, ensuring compliance, and building strong broker and reinsurer relationships.
