Maintains product cost data files, supplier cost and published price files, and standard cost governance. Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and completeness; manages departmental mailbox requests; monitors third-party data; performs root-cause analysis; supports cost analysis; coordinates with suppliers, category management, and analysts; and helps improve processes while mentoring associate analysts.

Owns and grows a portfolio of complex customer accounts through proactive inside sales, upselling, relationship development, and opportunity management. Meets sales, profitability, and efficiency goals; markets products and value-added services; collaborates with outside sales; monitors competition and industry trends; and may mentor other inside sales representatives.

Manages strategic supplier relationships, business plans, performance, compliance, negotiations, rebates, marketing funds, and supply chain improvements. Partners with executives, sales, marketing, and distribution centers to grow supplier and company revenue, improve margins, maintain service levels, and resolve performance issues. Oversees supplier agreements, forecasts rebates, tracks budgets, coordinates executive meetings, and supports sales training and marketing initiatives.
