Leads global digital tax compliance initiatives involving e-invoicing, e-reporting, regulatory analysis, tax requirements, data governance, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support. Partners with Tax, IT, Finance, Operations, Legal, and external providers to deliver compliant solutions across enterprise finance processes. Oversees workstreams, risks, controls, documentation, stakeholder governance, and continuous improvement for multinational tax technology implementations.

Manages and grows existing customer accounts through proactive inside sales, upselling, prospecting, and relationship development. Owns complex accounts and opportunities, collaborates with outside sales, markets products and value-added services, monitors competitive trends, and reports customer feedback. May mentor other inside sales representatives and lead process or system initiatives while meeting sales, profitability, and efficiency goals.

Manages strategic global accounts and executive-level client relationships for a multinational distribution and supply chain provider. Responsibilities include consultative selling, strategic account planning, contract negotiation, new business development, pipeline management, customer retention, supplier coordination, and execution of complex cross-regional supply chain programs. The role drives revenue, profitability, wallet share, and long-term customer growth while coordinating stakeholders across a matrix organization.
