Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions to obtain and upsell orders, manage order entry and fulfillment coordination, prepare quotes, maintain backorder and expediting reports, identify process improvements, and report market feedback to management to grow accounts and meet sales goals.

Lead large, complex projects from initiation through close, managing scope, budget, schedule, staffing, vendors, and risks. Develop project plans, track milestones, report status, drive continuous improvement, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Manager of Business Development will identify and develop new opportunities, manage customer relations, and increase market share. Responsibilities include financial analysis, business planning, and conducting training sessions.
