Reviews and troubleshoots digital video and audio quality issues, investigates playback and system problems, identifies recurring trends, and recommends short- and long-term solutions. The role operates in a high-volume environment, requires fast issue response, and involves technical compliance assessment, spreadsheet work, and communication with internal teams. Strong knowledge of digital video, audio, and subscription video content services is valuable.
