Translate Irish Gaelic and English content (UI, marketing, help, regulated content) using CAT and localization tools. Follow client style guides, meet productivity and quality KPIs, participate in training, error arbitration, and quality meetings, and collaborate with remote teams to improve translations and track personal error statistics.

Manage translation, copy-editing, and quality for assigned Hebrew projects/accounts. Coordinate freelancers and vendors, maintain glossaries and style guides, resolve terminology queries, perform translations and reviews, qualify and train linguists, liaise with clients, and propose process improvements to meet KPIs for productivity, delivery, and quality.

Lead enterprise business development globally for localization services: prospect and close large accounts, manage RFPs/SOWs/quotes, maintain Salesforce data, build territory and account plans, collaborate with global teams, and travel ~30% to engage clients and industry events.

Manage setup, reporting and oversight of clients' digital analytics (GA, GTM, Looker Studio). Build tracking matrices, implement tagging, create dashboards, analyze data, advise clients, and train junior staff.

Manage and report on localization testing projects: plan scope, schedule, resources; create test cases, dashboards, and training; perform bug scrubs and escalations; deliver end-of-test and periodic client reports; support process improvement and cloud/VM administration as needed.
