Provides end-to-end middle-office support for XVA trading across Rates, FX, credit derivatives, and cash products. Responsibilities include trade capture and lifecycle management, risk and P&L reporting, reconciliations, trade-break resolution, operational controls, settlements support, and change initiatives. Partners with Trading, Sales, Product Control, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, maintain governance documentation, and support regulatory and technology-driven transformation.

Supports the EMEA Commercial Real Estate COO team through management reporting, dashboards, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategic research, process improvement, regulatory activities, and project tracking. Coordinates with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Human Resources, and other stakeholders while preparing executive presentations and materials for business reviews and decision-making.

Manage and grow an asset-based lending portfolio by maintaining client relationships, transitioning borrowers, monitoring credit and collateral risks, preparing facility amendments, reviewing financial performance, supporting renewals and refinancings, resolving problem loans, and leading cross-functional initiatives. The role also mentors junior employees and collaborates with coverage teams, collateral analysts, clients, legal partners, and senior management.
