Lead EMEA post-trade operations for FX, FCM and international collateral management. Manage teams, controls, risk, process improvement and automation, stakeholder engagement, issue escalation, and transformational change to support front-office activity and business growth.

Manage daily international fixed income and equity settlement lifecycle: monitor settlement status, reconcile cash and securities with global custodians (Clearstream/Euroclear), resolve breaks and exceptions, support triparty and repo initiatives, participate in market-change projects (UK/EU T+1), and drive process improvements using automation tools.
