Lead accounting and reporting for Wellington's legal entities, manage monthly close, prepare/review financial statements, support external audits, ensure regulatory reporting and compliance, perform financial analysis, coach accountants, and improve processes and controls through technology.

Support hedge fund investor relations for diversifying strategies by performing portfolio positioning, attribution, risk and exposure analyses; create and update marketing materials, RFPs, and performance commentary; respond to client/prospect questions; track allocations and pipeline; ensure data integrity and contribute to business management and investment risk reviews.

Lead and execute integrated multi-country marketing campaigns across EMEA, manage vendors and creative production, set campaign KPIs and measurement, oversee budgets and reporting, and collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to support client growth and retention in wealth and asset management.
