Lead accounting and reporting for Wellington's legal entities, manage monthly close, prepare/review financial statements, support external audits, ensure regulatory reporting and compliance, perform financial analysis, coach accountants, and improve processes and controls through technology.

Execute emerging market debt trades (hard-currency cash and derivatives) for EMEA accounts, collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to source liquidity and ideas, gather and disseminate market intelligence, develop trading relationships, enhance execution efficiency while managing regulatory, operational, liquidity and investment risks.

Manage and administer employee benefits across the UK and EMEA, overseeing renewals, enrolments, vendor relationships, compliance, communications, data analysis, reporting, and system/process improvements. Serve as primary benefits contact, support RFPs and office presentations, partner with HRIS/Workday, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
