Leads EMEA product strategy and end-to-end investment product development, from concept through launch and commercialization. Partners with senior leaders, distribution partners, wealth platforms, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, develop financial models, and present proposals to governance forums. Conducts market, competitive, regulatory, and client research; leads strategic projects; supports resource allocation and enterprise strategy; and develops talent within the strategy function.

Execute emerging market debt trades (hard-currency cash and derivatives) for EMEA accounts, collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to source liquidity and ideas, gather and disseminate market intelligence, develop trading relationships, enhance execution efficiency while managing regulatory, operational, liquidity and investment risks.

Supports planning and execution of EMEA institutional and wealth-management events, including vendor sourcing, logistics, on-site coordination, budgeting, promotional communications, event websites, merchandise inventory, invoices, contracts, metrics, and ROI tracking. Collaborates with marketing, client platform, compliance, internal stakeholders, venues, and suppliers to ensure events meet brand, risk, regulatory, and cost-efficiency standards.
