The intern will support the Investment Platform across areas including corporate access and research services, investment boutiques, and sustainability. Responsibilities will vary by team and involve meaningful contributions to investment excellence, client outcomes, research, relationships, sustainability integration, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should demonstrate investment-management interest, intellectual curiosity, organization, strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, adaptability, and willingness to collaborate.

Supports investment management research and portfolio analysis platforms for portfolio managers and research professionals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, managing production incidents, analyzing investment data, answering functional and technical questions, coordinating with IT and business teams, testing enhancements, training users, and improving support processes. Requires strong knowledge of investment data, financial instruments, SQL, application support, analytical problem-solving, communication, and direct interaction with investment professionals.

Supports traders, trade coordinators, portfolio managers, and analysts in a financial-services trading-floor environment. Responsibilities include application troubleshooting, production incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, issue escalation, status reporting, stakeholder relationship management, ITIL documentation, and partnership with delivery teams. The role requires SQL-based data analysis, knowledge of investment and trading systems, financial instruments, investment workflows, and strong communication skills.
