Responsibilities include application troubleshooting, production incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, issue escalation, status reporting, stakeholder relationship management, ITIL documentation, and partnership with delivery teams. The role requires SQL-based data analysis, knowledge of investment and trading systems, financial instruments, investment workflows, and strong communication skills.

Processes and validates global corporate actions across asset classes, researches complex voluntary events, confirms client entitlements, communicates instructions, resolves data conflicts, and maintains accurate event records. The role partners with custodians, service providers, portfolio management, trading, legal, and other operations teams. It also supports workflow improvements, system enhancements, issue resolution, and guidance for junior team members.

Execute and manage repo, reverse repo, and secured financing transactions across government bond and credit markets. Optimize portfolio financing by analyzing repo pricing, collateral dynamics, dealer balance-sheet capacity, and market structure. Build relationships with dealers, portfolio managers, analysts, and traders; identify financing opportunities; manage liquidity, counterparty, settlement, and operational risks; and improve processes through technology, data, electronic trading, central clearing, and collateral optimization.

Serves as a senior compensation subject matter expert for business leaders and HR partners. Responsibilities include advising on pay and bonus programs, conducting market benchmarking, overseeing EMEA compensation compliance, supporting annual compensation reviews, developing reward structures, analyzing compensation data, preparing committee materials, and leading compensation projects. The role partners with global and regional stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant, market-aligned total rewards strategies.

Lead coordination and project-manage creation, review, and regulatory approval of fund documentation (prospectuses, KIID/KID, shareholder notices) across multiple domiciles. Liaise with legal, regulators, investment teams and vendors, manage regulator comments, client notifications, and implementation communications. Support fund development, fee and share-class reviews, EMT/EET production, and ad-hoc fund product projects while embedding controls and improving documentation consistency and processes.

Supports investment stewardship through company engagement, proxy voting analysis, governance and sustainability research, stewardship reporting, and operational process improvement. Partners with investment professionals to assess proxy ballots, monitor regulatory developments, maintain engagement data, develop voting recommendations, and communicate company responses and outcomes. The role also uses data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve research, workflows, reporting, and engagement tracking.

Leads EMEA product strategy and end-to-end investment product development, from concept through launch and commercialization. Partners with senior leaders, distribution partners, wealth platforms, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, develop financial models, and present proposals to governance forums. Conducts market, competitive, regulatory, and client research; leads strategic projects; supports resource allocation and enterprise strategy; and develops talent within the strategy function.

Execute emerging market debt trades (hard-currency cash and derivatives) for EMEA accounts, collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to source liquidity and ideas, gather and disseminate market intelligence, develop trading relationships, enhance execution efficiency while managing regulatory, operational, liquidity and investment risks.

Research and resolve equity, fixed income, and FX trade discrepancies; instruct trades and amendments; oversee external service providers; mitigate operational risk; support custody and trading inquiries; contribute to strategic projects and evaluate operational requirements for new markets and trade types.

Provide domain-admin level operational support and incident escalation during non‑US hours, troubleshoot hybrid identity and cross‑platform issues, collaborate with US engineering teams, maintain runbooks, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Lead competitive intelligence and market research to inform product and fund strategy across asset classes. Manage vendor relationships, develop reporting, perform custom analysis to support product development, prioritization, positioning, and mentorship within the Firm & Product Strategy function.

Lead Wellington's business development in the Netherlands, driving growth across investment strategies with institutional, wealth and consultant clients. Build and manage long-term relationships with pension funds, insurers and intermediaries; execute local sales strategy; partner with Marketing and PR; mentor Relationship Analysts; and ensure regulatory compliance.
