Lead and build a high‑performance sales organization across the UK and Nordics, recruit and onboard AEs, execute enterprise sales strategy, enforce operational cadence (forecasting, pipeline, MEDDPIC), partner cross-functionally to win new logos and expand accounts, and cultivate a positive, accountable team culture.
