Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and external partners. Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and dependencies, produce dashboards and executive summaries, ensure operational readiness for go-live, and drive continuous improvement. Use Smartsheet or Odoo Projects for planning and Jira to collaborate with engineering.
