Develop and maintain bespoke web applications and services for a SaaS financial-advice platform using TypeScript/React/Node.js. Work within an Agile team to build service-oriented components, integrate REST APIs, follow best-practice for software quality and security, and share team ownership and status reporting.

Lead and manage the client service function for a regulated financial advice firm: design workflows, enforce SLAs and compliance, produce management reporting, mentor the team, and act as escalation point to ensure excellent client experience.
