Lead the Group FP&A management information function, owning end-to-end monthly MI production, investor reporting and the reporting calendar. Maintain FP&A systems and data integrity, drive automation and standardisation, deliver forward-looking revenue analysis and forecasts, and partner with business leaders. Manage and develop a small team to produce executive-ready reporting and insights for investors and senior leadership.

The Relationship Manager manages client portfolios, ensuring growth and satisfaction while facilitating change, issue resolution, and collaboration across teams to enhance client relationships.

Provide investment risk, liquidity, valuation and compliance oversight for regulated funds. Produce and review risk analytics, conduct liquidity stress tests, monitor daily investment compliance, assess fair value pricing, prepare regulatory and committee reporting, and support product launches and regulatory implementation.
