Teams at Waterworks

Oversee operations across Waterworks’ international showrooms in London, Paris, and Milan. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, facilities, vendors, inventory, compliance, showroom standards, events, openings, training, and operational improvements. Serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, supporting international business initiatives, resolving issues, ensuring consistent luxury client experiences, and maintaining effective processes across multiple countries and time zones.

Manage a multi-location wholesale partner in the Middle East, driving sales performance, marketing initiatives, partner accountability, and client service. Build relationships with partner showrooms, luxury design influencers, and internal sales teams; provide product training and coaching; manage project pipelines, forecasts, CRM activity, and contract compliance; resolve escalated client issues; monitor market trends; and support commercial and residential growth. The role is based in London and requires travel to partner locations up to 50% or more.
