Teams at WaterAid

Supports fundraising teams in England and Wales through partnership administration, event planning, logistics, income tracking, query resolution, CRM record maintenance, and partner engagement. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent working, and coordination across multiple projects, teams, volunteers, and external partners. It also supports WaterAid’s equity, inclusion, and safeguarding commitments.

Maintain and improve WaterAid’s data protection compliance and risk management. The role supports information rights requests, coordinates data protection training, manages functional and organisational risk registers, maintains the UK Risk Management Policy, and liaises with senior stakeholders. It requires careful handling of confidential information, strong attention to detail, adaptability, autonomy, and collaboration. Experience with data protection legislation, DPIAs, LIAs, ROPAs, training, international privacy requirements, risk management, or director-level stakeholders is preferred.
