Own the day-to-day operation of the Baker Street office, including opening and closing, supplies, maintenance, supplier coordination, health and safety, security, building access, onboarding and offboarding equipment, post, utilities, expenses, records, and first-line IT support. The role is part-time and requires exceptional reliability, organization, discretion, practical problem-solving, and a service-oriented approach.

Convert newly KYC-approved leads by explaining Wahed’s investment products, addressing questions, and guiding clients toward their first deposit. Manage call pipelines and follow-ups in Zendesk, track conversion insights, and share feedback. Also coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, office access, equipment, suppliers, safety checks, utilities, expenses, and basic IT support for the Baker Street office.

The job involves managing a caseload of private client matters including wills, estate planning, powers of attorney, and probate administration.
