Lead tax structuring and transaction work for fundraising, infrastructure investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing. Build and stress-test tax models, assess international tax implications, coordinate due diligence and advisers, support governance and audits, and translate tax impacts into cash flow, valuation, and investor-return analyses. Partner with Finance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Corporate Development while helping scale tax processes and mentoring junior team members.

Build and maintain secure, auditable internal automations for finance, IT, People, and delivery workflows. Develop API integrations with Microsoft Graph, Slack, Atlassian, banking, HR, and identity systems; manage authentication, deployment, observability, and audit controls. Apply LLMs and agentic patterns selectively with human approval gates, while meeting SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, EU AI Act, and data protection requirements. Partner with process owners, Finance, Security, and Legal to simplify workflows and operate reliable production systems.

Provide executive support to two co-founders while managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, board and investor coordination. Own the London office’s daily operations, including suppliers, facilities, budgets, purchasing, inventory, onboarding logistics, events, hospitality, and visitor experience. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high-quality workplace environment in a fast-growing company.
