Own end-to-end recruitment for specialist operations, policy, and commercial roles across international markets. Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners, source diverse candidates, manage candidate communications, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Contribute to hiring projects, employer branding, and People & Culture initiatives while using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and practices.

Write, edit, and finalize persuasive tender responses for RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demos, and presentations. Structure content around city priorities and evaluation criteria, adapt proposals for multiple markets and languages, and translate technical input into clear, compelling language. Ensure accuracy, consistency, tone, and compliance across submissions while maintaining the tender content library. Collaborate with local teams, subject-matter experts, governance partners, and designers, using feedback and scoring outcomes to improve future proposals.

Build and manage relationships with city decision-makers and transport authorities to grow ridership and market footprint. Lead market-entry assessments, tenders, commercial negotiations, city-level P&L management, and cross-functional projects. Use data analysis to identify opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and feed learnings back to central teams.
