Contract CX Researcher to plan and run qualitative and quantitative research across end-to-end automotive customer journeys. Create journey maps, service blueprints, personas and strategic recommendations; synthesise insights with analytics; facilitate workshops; and embed customer insight into journey design, prioritisation and continuous improvement across multi-channel experiences.

Develop and execute social commerce strategies that integrate paid and organic efforts (with emphasis on TikTok Shop and Meta). Lead content strategy, client relationships, performance analysis, and cross-functional project delivery. Present recommendations to senior clients, collaborate with creative/media/analytics teams, and work at client locations as required to drive measurable online sales and engagement.
