Leads enterprise client technology and AI strategy across martech, data, cloud, CRM, commerce, CX, and proprietary platforms. Advises CTO and executive stakeholders, owns technical strategy and architecture governance, guides first-party data and personalization initiatives, integrates multi-market delivery, develops agentic operating models, and builds commercial cases for expanded technical scope.

Owns multiple client accounts and £5–10 million P&Ls, leading digital, commerce, data, and technology engagements. Responsibilities include executive stakeholder management, client satisfaction, revenue growth, sales targets, contract and SLA oversight, forecasting, account planning, and leadership of delivery teams. The role requires regular domestic and international travel, strong digital CX expertise, commercial acumen, change-programme experience, and the ability to build strategic relationships with major brands and retailers.

Leads multiple enterprise client accounts, owning £5–£10 million P&Ls, commercial relationships, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and delivery of digital commerce, data, and technology services. Manages senior stakeholder engagement, contracts, SLAs, forecasting, account strategy, sales targets, and cross-functional delivery teams. Requires strong digital CX, consulting or agency experience, commercial leadership, change-program delivery, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Regular domestic and international travel is required.
