Lead UI design for e-commerce and transactional websites, creating digital brand identities, design systems, and responsive interfaces. Improve usability, accessibility, and conversion while balancing user and business needs. Lead and support designers, collaborate with software engineering, present concepts to senior stakeholders and clients, own design decisions, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Maintain high design standards across customer journeys and contribute to strengthening the agency’s UI design capabilities.

Manages complex technical projects, releases, infrastructure environments, and client deliveries across logistics and supply chain systems. Responsibilities include project planning, technical reporting, RAID and risk management, stakeholder communication, team coordination, vendor management, technical governance, and release oversight across pre-production and production. The role requires understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development practices, CI/CD, legacy integrations, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and emerging AI applications in the software development lifecycle.

Lead design and delivery of AWS-based, agentic AI platforms and enterprise serverless architectures. Provide technical leadership, client-facing workshops, governance, hands-on engineering, IaC/CI-CD practices, and mentor engineering teams to drive account growth and capability building.
