Own strategic merchant relationships across discovery, solution design, implementation, go-live, and post-launch growth. Lead project delivery, create Statements of Work, coordinate stakeholders, oversee testing and readiness, advise customers on integrations and reporting, conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and provide product feedback. The role requires commercial insight, enterprise client management, project ownership, and the ability to discuss APIs and RESTful integrations.

Own strategic partnership development and enterprise sales across the UK payments ecosystem. Identify, qualify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with software platforms, SaaS providers, marketplaces, banks, ISVs, and technology partners. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close, manage senior executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional deal execution, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and represent Viva.com at market events. The role requires strong knowledge of payments, acquiring, regulated financial services, partnership models, and commercial negotiation.
