Owns Salesforce business analysis and commercial excellence initiatives globally. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, IT, and implementation partners to map processes, gather requirements, configure Sales Cloud and CPQ, improve reporting, maintain data quality, define integration requirements, manage releases, coordinate testing, and drive user adoption. The role also supports the transition from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud and monitors CRM health, adoption, automation, and commercial performance.
