Lead design, support and operation of on-premises Exchange and hybrid messaging; manage mailbox lifecycle, mail flow, security, migrations, AD/Entra ID, VMware, Windows Server, monitoring, backups, and incident response while mentoring engineers and contributing to roadmap and automation.

Responsible for advising on sustainability requirements, managing sustainability processes, ensuring compliance, supporting trading activities, and enhancing sustainability practices within the RNG team.

The AI Product Manager will own the product lifecycle for AI assets, translating business needs into requirements, driving adoption, and managing delivery timelines in collaboration with data scientists and commercial teams.
