Owns the London and South region end to end, driving chair recruitment and launches, lead conversion, member growth, retention, referrals, market development, and local community engagement. Builds relationships with executives, SME owners, chairs, and members while identifying future chairs and supporting coaching and group development. This field-based role requires regular regional and UK-wide travel, including attendance at mandatory in-person meetings and events.

Source, qualify, and manage senior executive candidates through Vistage’s high-touch selection process. Build and nurture candidate pipelines, conduct behavioral and performance-based interviews, communicate the Executive Coaching opportunity, manage offers and onboarding steps, and maintain accurate CRM records. Partner with regional leaders and existing Chairs while representing Vistage within executive communities. The role requires relationship-building, persuasive communication, sourcing expertise, negotiation, and autonomous pipeline management.
