Teams at Vinted

Provide legal support to Vinted Pay’s licensed entities and Marketplace payment activities across the UK, Luxembourg, and Lithuania. Advise Product and Engineering on launches, assess regulatory risks, negotiate commercial agreements, maintain user terms and legal documentation, monitor payments regulations, and lead cross-functional legal projects while partnering with Legal, Compliance, and local leadership.

Manages day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across London offices, a verification centre, and parcel centres. Responsibilities include vendor management, supplies and cleanliness, budgets, events, employee onboarding, workplace improvement projects, data analysis, and supporting new site openings. The role collaborates with Operations, People, Finance, Legal, IT, and warehouse teams and requires frequent travel across locations.

Own Vinted Pay’s external payments partner ecosystem, including banks, processors, payout providers, KYC, fraud, and card networks. Lead partner strategy, commercial negotiations, contract management, pricing optimization, SLAs, business reviews, and cost savings. Evaluate emerging payment rails, improve authorization and conversion, and develop fintech partnership business cases in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
