Own pipeline and forecasts, generate new business with Marketing/SDR support, hand over to Customer Success, and maintain deep product and share-scheme expertise. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality customer interactions.

Manage onboarding and ongoing success for Scale customers on Vestd's SaaS platform. Guide multi-stakeholder B2B implementations, run video calls with senior stakeholders, ensure accuracy and compliance, resolve queries within service levels, drive retention and identify growth opportunities, and contribute to process and self-serve improvements.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified meetings with founders and senior stakeholders, qualify leads for Equity Consultants, re-engage dormant leads, support expansion within existing customers, maintain HubSpot data accuracy, and feed market insights to marketing and sales.

Lead commercial marketing for Growth & Scale BUs: build and execute a performance-focused marketing roadmap, drive acquisition-to-retention pipeline, align with Sales and Customer Success, report performance, and line-manage two Marketing Coordinators while representing the BU within central Marketing.
