Leads design and execution of liquid-cooling R&D tests, including test-rig design, commissioning, instrumentation, data acquisition, analysis, and validation. Performs prototype assembly, leak and pressure testing, calibration, documentation, and configuration management. Presents technical findings, supports engineering change processes, maintains laboratory and safety standards, and drives continuous improvement for high-density cooling products used in data centers and critical infrastructure.

Lead design and release of high-density liquid cooling (CDU) products. Manage cross-functional global teams, approve drawings and BOMs, drive cost reduction, ensure quality and compliance (ISO/ASME/GD&T/UL/ASHRAE), support procurement/vendor evaluation, mentor engineers, troubleshoot failures, and manage projects from concept through delivery.

Lead end-to-end product cost analysis and maintain detailed cost models across global factories. Support NPI cost estimates, partner with cross-functional teams to inform pricing and margin decisions, identify cost-out opportunities, govern ERP cost data, and act as product costing subject-matter expert.
