Coordinates engineering change requests and orders, maintains product data, BOMs, revisions, documents, and configurations across PLM and ERP systems. Validates change packages, analyzes impacts, supports product introduction and sustaining engineering, monitors workflows, and ensures data quality and governance. Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, service, and product management while preparing reports and supporting process improvements.

Provide presales technical support for UPS/power solutions: review RFx, design configurable solutions, coordinate with engineering, prepare proposals/presentations, train colleagues/customers, manage stakeholder relationships, and support local accounts and in-country application engineering activities.

Develops firmware for real-time coolant distribution controllers and Linux-based platforms. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software design, programming, debugging, testing, performance tuning, documentation, hardware development support, and field testing. The role requires expertise in embedded systems, networking, serial communications, device drivers, RTOS, bare-metal development, protocols, and ARM/x86 platforms, with opportunities to lead engineering efforts.
