Provides independent technical leadership for power systems, power electronics, and control systems supporting high-density liquid cooling products. Defines engineering standards, reviews schematics and system designs, governs power architecture, protection, redundancy, resilience, VFDs, power quality, and EMC compliance. Leads investigations, validation, verification, root-cause analysis, supplier engagement, and technical decision-making across product development, manufacturing, commissioning, and compliance activities.

Provides technical leadership for materials engineering and metallurgical performance in high-density liquid-cooling systems. Defines material standards, approved material lists, and engineering guidance; leads material selection, corrosion and compatibility assessments, welding requirements, validation, and failure investigations. Advises design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and leadership while driving standardization, reliability, and risk reduction across mixed-material systems.

Provides presales technical support for Vertiv’s thermal management portfolio across strategic EMEA accounts. Reviews RFx requirements, develops proposals and customized solutions, coordinates with engineering, presents products, trains customers and colleagues, manages stakeholders, supports sales activities, and gathers customer and market feedback. The role requires strong HVAC or refrigeration expertise, engineering knowledge, commercial awareness, and occasional international travel.
