Lead an EMEA Bid Management Command Center owning the full bid lifecycle for €10M+ data center projects. Build and lead a team, design storyboard methodology, chair senior governance, apply TCO/RIBA/stage-gate frameworks, and drive measurable win-rate improvement within 12 months.

Provide complex presales technical support for strategic accounts: review RFx, design configurable datacenter solutions, coordinate with engineering, prepare proposals/tenders, deliver presentations and trainings, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent customer voice to improve Vertiv offerings.

Support development and enhancement of maintenance services for cooling applications in high-computing and AI-driven data centers. Research and integrate emerging technologies (IoT, predictive analytics), run pilots, collaborate with internal and external partners, gather customer feedback, contribute to strategic roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
