The Senior Transformation & Change Consultant will deliver business change in ERP programs, conduct Change Impact Assessments, manage stakeholder engagement, and track adoption metrics.

Design, build and maintain automated UI and backend tests using Selenium, Behave and Python. Manage the automated regression/CI test suite, configure test environments and data, participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to test strategy, report defects and test metrics, and perform root-cause analysis and risk mitigation.

The Onsite IT Support Engineer provides technical support, manages incidents, and ensures reliable IT infrastructure while maintaining customer satisfaction.
